This 20X40 Pole tent can typically fit 75-80 people seated comfortably, this is a perfect size tent for your next event!

 Pole tents are only to be set up on grass and to be staked down by our installation team. They can not be set up on pavement or moved by rentee.

Depending on what style tables you get determines how many tables will fit under the tent, do remember there is three center poles that hold up the canpoy in the middle of the tent. Also keep in mind if you want food/gift tables or other items under the tent, that does take away from space for guest seats. . 

Typically if only seating is needed: 

10-12  8' Banquet tables 

6- 8 - 72" rounds 10 -  60" round ( it will be tight)
